"I was frustrated paying so much for the same company for a while. I requested assistance to several companies for quotes online throughout the weekend when most companies are closed. My request for a call back came through post weekend by only one representative, Sean Norman. He stayed on top of things and made my new insurance policy happen within a matter of 2-3 days. Same coverage as before, which I was content with, but at a much inexpensive rate. He was informative to suggest all options and told me what would increase or decrease my quote. Happy with the new quote. Would totally recommend for an employee promotion and customer referral. I told him to reach out the next day for a google review and he did promptly at the exact time I requested a friendly reminder text. He is diligent and his performance in the field definitely show it! Thanks Sean!!"
