"I had such an amazing, seamless experience switching to State Farm Insurance with the help of Bill Favaro and his team. My case was a bit complex and after getting absolutely NO help from my current Allstate agent, Bibi Baksh in Glen Cove and Allstate's customer service center (called both of them numerous times, left voicemails, wrote emails that were all ignored), I decided to reach out to Bill Favaro's State Farm Insurance Agency. I am SO glad that I did! Sean was so attentive and explained the entire process very clearly to me. He followed up with me several times to ensure that I had everything that I needed in order to make the changes. Bill assisted me with a notarized document that was necessary in order for me to transfer the vehicle title. Everyone at the agency was so friendly, professional and helpful. Best of all, I am now paying half of what I was paying with Allstate for the same coverage and receiving MUCH better service. Thank you all for your help. It is greatly appreciated and I will refer everyone that I know to the Bill Favaro State Farm Agency!"
