"After making a phone call yesterday to State Farm with questions and having to add on my son to my policy, the gentleman I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. However, he noticed my disappointment in the price quote I got for my policy. He left me with “I will work on this for you”. Needless to say he actually called me back today with information that he was able to get my policy down to better numbers. I am one happy person! Thank you Shawn!!"
